Classes

We invite you explore our yoga, meditation, and dance classes for all levels. View our current class schedule, course description, and information about our wonderful instructors.

Our drop-in fee is just $15 per class. Class Card - 10 classes for $120. Class cards may be used for any combination of yoga, meditation, and dance classes. There is an additional charge of $3 for Afro-Caribbean Dance.

All classes are located at Chelten House, the heart of Seva Retreat at The Elkins Estate, unless otherwise noted.

Busy schedule? Our weekend classes are just right for you! Whether you are on-the-go for work or family, our Saturday and Sunday morning classes are the perfect remedy to alleviate stress and give you a fresh outlook on the week ahead.
